It comes in ebook format for immediate download. While the program only deals in part with emotional eating, it does deal with the roots of emotions - your thoughts.
Think Yourself Thin helps you reprogram your thoughts to think like naturally thin people. When you do this you will find yourself acting in a naturally thin way - eating less and losing weight.

Weight Loss God's Way
If you're looking for a Christian based program that addresses emotional eating, Weight Loss God's Way is a terrific resource.
Created by Dr Frank Smooth, a Christian weight loss coach and counsellor, this e-book/program helps you target the root of your overeating by renewing your mind and learning the truth about overeating, emotions, weight loss and diets.
Sitting at over 200 pages, this is one of the most comprehensive programs on the market. There's a tons of information along with self-assessment tests and Scriptural backup references throughout the book.

Easy Calm Anxiety & Stress Management
While this program isn't specifically about dealing with emotional eating, if you binge eat out of stress or anxiety - this program can help you find other ways to calm yourself besides eating.

Other options for emotional eating help include:
1) Finding a qualified therapist that specializes in emotional eating issues
2) Finding a support group that specifically deals with emotional eating
3) Try to do it yourself. This isn't recommended since emotional eating habits can be deeply ingrained and hard to break without the proper support and information.
